Jim Bannar
Jim, his wife, Susan and their two children, Jim and Alexander, reside in the Erlton South section of Cherry Hill. A graduate of Cherry Hill High School West, Jim attended Camden County College to study fire science. Jim has been involved with the fire service for more than 30 years, spending the past 23 years as a professional firefighter. A certified Fire, Arson and Explosion investigator and Certified Fire Inspector, Jim also serves as the Public Education Officer for the Cherry Hill Fire Department.
A 43 year resident of Cherry Hill, Jim is very active in youth sports, with more than 15 years experience as a high school football official. Jim also volunteers as the treasurer of the South Jersey Football Officials, Ed Myer Chapter.
David Fleisher
Raised in the Township and a graduate of Cherry Hill High School East, Councilman Fleisher was the youngest citizen ever elected to Council when he began his first term in 1997 at the age of 27. David and his wife, Jennifer, reside in the Siena neighborhood with their three children. David is a graduate of Ithaca College with a BS in Finance and now serves as a trustee of that institution. He is a financial services executive and frequent financial commentator for local and national media. David is active in our community serving as a board member of Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Southern New Jersey, a volunteer with Cherry Hill Atlantic Little League, and a former member of the State of New Jersey’s Government Records Council, which ensures transparency in government statewide.
Susan Shin Angulo
Susan, her husband Michael, and their two daughters, Sophie and Chloe, live in the Charleston Riding section. A dedicated community volunteer and activist, Susan is member of the Cherry Hill Zoning Board of Adjustments and the Human Relations Council, and volunteers with the Board of the Food Bank of South Jersey.
Susan holds a BS degree in Biology from Wilkes University and a Post Baccalaureate in Cytogenetics from Thomas Jefferson University. Professionally, Susan has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and biotech marketing, as well as real estate management.
Jacquelene Silver
Jacquelene has been a Cherry Hill resident in the Erlton neighborhood for the last nine years. A special education teacher at the middle school in Pennsauken, Jacquelene has lived across the country throughout her husband's active duty Air Force career, but has always called New Jersey home. Jacquelene is an active volunteer in her community. She current serves on the Erlton South Civics Association, the Board of Trustees for her synagogue, Congregation Beth El, and the New Jersey State Education Association.
Jacquelene is married to Michael and has two daughters, Maia, 12, and Nava, 5. Jacquelene holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Boston University and a Master's degree in Education from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
